Cookie policy
Draft dated 29 September 2026, to be validated by a lawyer before publication.
In brief
- We only use technical cookies, necessary for the site to work (for example the cart).
- Visit statistics are cookie-free and anonymous.
- No profiling cookies, no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking.
- That is why we do not ask for your consent with a banner: the law does not require it for technical cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage), work in the same way and follow the same rules.
The cookies we use
| Name | What it's for | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| ac_cart | Remembers the products in your cart. It contains only a random code, no personal data | 60 days | Technical, first-party |
| ac_n | Shows the number of products in your cart in the header | 60 days | Technical, first-party |
| ac_admin | Keeps our staff logged in to the management panel. It is never set for customers | 30 days | Technical, first-party |
Browser local storage
| Name | What it's for | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| ac_cassa | Only if you tick "Remember my details on this device" at checkout: it stores your name, email, phone number and address for your next order. It stays only in your browser and is not sent to us. If you untick the box on your next order, it is deleted | Until you delete it | Functional, first-party, at your choice |
You can delete cookies and local storage at any time from your browser settings. If you block technical cookies, the cart will not work.
Statistics without cookies
To find out how many people visit our pages, we use a statistics system that does not save cookies or other data on your device and does not recognise you from one visit to the next. The data is aggregated (for example: visits per page, general origin) and remains on servers managed by us in the EU. [TO BE VERIFIED: confirm that the system does not retain the full IP address and does not use persistent identifiers]
Why you don't see a cookie banner
Italian law (art. 122 of the Privacy Code) and the Italian Data Protection Authority's Guidelines of 10 June 2021 require consent only for cookies and tools other than technical ones, such as profiling or marketing cookies. For technical cookies, this notice is all that is required. Since:
- we use only first-party technical cookies,
- our statistics do not use cookies and do not identify the visitor,
- there are no advertising or social pixels,
a consent banner is not necessary. If in the future we add tools that require consent, we will ask you before activating them.
Third-party content
Some pages may display external content, such as the Google map on the Contact page or YouTube videos. These services may set their own cookies. For this reason, the map and videos load only when you click to view them.

Tools with cookies, only with your consent
If in the future we use campaign measurement or advertising tools (for example Meta Pixel, Google Ads or Google Analytics), on your first visit you will see a banner with equally prominent "Reject" and "Accept all" buttons and the option to choose by category; closing it with the X is equivalent to rejecting. These tools are activated only after you say yes.
Your choice remains valid for 6 months (technical cookie ac_consenso) and is recorded with a random code
(technical cookie ac_anon, 6 months) so that consent can be demonstrated. You can change it at any time from the
"Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page.
