Description

DJI Terra – Perpetual Licence 1 device gives you DJI's mapping software to use on a single device, that is, the computer you use to process your data. It is the right choice if your office has only one workstation dedicated to processing surveys. DJI Terra turns the images captured by the drone into digital assets: 2D maps and 3D models to measure, analyse and share.

How to work with DJI Terra

  1. Data acquisition: you plan the flight so as to collect the images needed for the result you want.
  2. Processing: the software reconstructs the images and generates 2D and 3D data, with a realistic representation of infrastructure, terrain and objects to be examined.
  3. Using the data: you can apply machine-learning-based classification algorithms to recognise elements and use the results in your field.

DJI Terra licence plans

DJI Terra is offered in several plans (Advanced, Pro and Electricity) with different features, as shown in the comparison table in the gallery. The listed features include real-time 2D mapping, KML file import (the format that describes geographic areas and routes), 2D reconstruction of fields and urban areas, 2D multispectral reconstruction, 3D reconstruction, 3D mission planning and the use of GCPs (ground control points with known coordinates, used to georeference and verify the accuracy of the survey). What is the difference between the 1-device licence and the 3-device licence?

The software is the same: what changes is the number of computers you can use it on. With the 1-device license you work on a single workstation, with the 3-device license on three workstations.

What does perpetual license mean?

It means the license has no expiry date: you buy it once and don't have to renew it like a subscription.

Which DJI Terra plan is included in this license?

DJI Terra comes in Advanced, Pro and Electricity plans, with different features. Contact us before purchasing and we will confirm the plan and the features included.
