Payments

How you can pay

  • Credit, debit or prepaid card (networks accepted by Stripe, such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay, if your device supports them.
  • Bank transfer, convenient for companies and institutions.
  • Instalment payment with external financing: [DA COMPLETARE: nome della società finanziaria].

We do not accept cash on delivery.

Secure payment with Stripe

Payments by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed by Stripe, a payment service used by a great many online shops. You enter your card details on a secure Stripe page: we do not see them and we do not store them.

Your bank may ask you for a confirmation (strong authentication, 3D Secure) via app or SMS. This is normal and is meant to protect you.

Bank transfer

  1. Choose "Bank transfer" at checkout and confirm your order.
  2. You receive an email with the IBAN, account holder and amount.
  3. In the payment reference, write your order number.
  4. We ship when the payment arrives in our account (usually 1-2 business days with a standard bank transfer).

If we do not receive payment within 5 days of the order, the order is cancelled and we notify you by email.

Instalment payment

You can split your purchase into instalments through [DA COMPLETARE: nome della società finanziaria]. The application, assessment and financing contract are handled by the finance company, under its own terms. Before signing, read the rates carefully (TAN, nominal annual rate, and TAEG, annual percentage rate of charge, which includes all costs).

Invoice

  • If you are a company or a professional, at checkout enter your company name, VAT number and SDI code (the recipient code of the Italian Exchange System) or PEC: we issue an electronic invoice.
  • If you are a private individual, you can request an invoice by entering your tax code.

Prices

All prices on the site are in euros and VAT included. When a product is on sale, we also show the lowest price of the previous 30 days, as required by law.
