Description

The DJI Air 3S is DJI's dual-camera travel drone. This is the base version: drone, DJI RC-N3 remote controller (uses your smartphone as a screen) and one battery. It's the right choice if you want to keep the initial cost down and add batteries and accessories when you need them.

Who it is for

  • creators and videomakers looking for two different focal lengths in a single flight;
  • those who also shoot at dawn, at sunset or in low light and want a greater safety margin.

Camera

The DJI Air 3S carries two cameras: a main one with a 1-inch CMOS sensor and a 70 mm telephoto lens, both with 14 stops of dynamic range. The tele lets you tighten the framing on a distant subject without getting closer.

In video you record in 4K HDR up to 60 fps, suitable for both panoramas and action footage.

Frequently asked questions

How many batteries come with the standard version?

One Intelligent Flight Battery. If you plan on long flights or several outings in a day, consider the Fly More Combo with three batteries and a charging hub.

How does the DJI RC-N3 remote controller work?

The RC-N3 has no screen: you connect your smartphone using one of the included cables (USB-C or Lightning) and use it as a monitor.

Do I need a certificate to fly the DJI Air 3S?

The DJI Air 3S weighs 724 g, so it exceeds 250 g: in the Open category you need at least the A1/A3 certificate, which you can get through AerialClick courses. Remember that in Italy you must register as an operator on the d-flight portal (mandatory for drones with a camera) and have third-party liability insurance.

Can I have it repaired by you?

Yes, in our workshop in Brindisi we provide service and repairs for DJI drones, including the DJI Air 3S.

Legal guarantee

As a consumer you are entitled by law to the legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery, for any defect present at the time of delivery (Italian Consumer Code, arts. 128 et seq.).
