Accessibility statement
Draft dated 29 September 2026, to be validated by a lawyer before publication.
Last updated: [TO BE COMPLETED: date of verification].
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to choose and buy a drone, sign up for a course or ask for support, including when using a keyboard, screen readers or magnification. The site has been designed to comply with the WCAG 2.1 level AA standard, referenced by the European standard EN 301 549 and by Legislative Decree 82/2022, which transposes the European Accessibility Act.
[TO BE VERIFIED: state whether Massari S.r.l. falls under the exemption for microenterprises provided by Legislative Decree 82/2022; the statement is still recommended]
How the service works
The site lets you browse the catalogue, search for products, compare information, buy without registering, pay online, track your order, exercise your right of withdrawal online and contact us.
- Server-side generated pages, with the main content readable even without JavaScript.
- Structure with hierarchical headings, landmarks and a skip-to-content link.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 as a design goal [TO BE VERIFIED with the technical audit].
- Alternative text on product images.
- Form fields with labels and error messages described in text.
- No graphical CAPTCHA.
- Text can be enlarged up to 200% without losing content.
Card payment takes place on a Stripe page, which publishes its own accessibility commitments.
Compliance status
[TO BE COMPLETED: "compliant" / "partially compliant" based on the audit carried out (for example with axe, Lighthouse and manual testing with keyboard and screen reader), stating date and method]
Known limitations
- Some product pages imported from the old site may have images with generic alternative text or inaccessible manufacturer PDF documents. We are fixing them.
- Embedded manufacturer videos may not have Italian subtitles.
- [TO BE COMPLETED: other limitations found during the audit]
If some content is not accessible to you, we can provide it in another format: just ask.
