Let's fly together: discovering Italy

Published on 2 min read By AerialClick

As you have surely already seen, new reels and shorts have been uploaded to our social channels.
All these videos share a single hashtag: #voliamoinsieme.
But what exactly are these clips about? And where does this initiative come from?

THE IDEA

“Voliamo insieme” (Let's fly together) was born from the idea of showing some of the most beautiful Italian cities through short videos made by editing aerial footage. All the aerial footage was shot by our team on various occasions, in accordance with the regulations in force in the year the footage was shot, and the best clips were then selected to let you enjoy as much as possible the beauty of the city that is the star of the video.

The goal is to promote our region and show viewers that even the smallest Italian villages have unique and inimitable beauty well worth discovering.

The project

So, the “Voliamo insieme” reels portray different cities from an unusual and entirely original viewpoint, with evocative footage and a musical background that changes in every video. The only thing that doesn't change from clip to clip is the intro, in which a DJI Phantom 4 RTK takes off and kicks off the mix of clips that briefly portray the city from above.

The first videos of this long series are naturally cities in Puglia, very close to us, such as Lecce and Bari, but more videos of Puglia and other Italian cities are coming soon.
New videos are released weekly during July 2023 and September 2023.

Remember that we also made videos about Basilicata in which we introduced you to its main locations in alphabetical order? That's where the series got its name, “Basilicata dalla A alla Z” (Basilicata from A to Z).
Either way, one thing is certain: this series will be longer than the previous one.
