Description

DJI Care Refresh is the DJI service plan that covers accidental damage to the DJI Inspire 3. This version lasts 2 years (24 months) and is designed for productions and operators who use the Inspire 3 on set and want to reduce the financial risk of an accident.

What's included

According to DJI's terms, the plan includes:

  • repairs for accidental damage, including damage caused by misuse or water immersion, up to the coverage limit;
  • two battery replacements per year;
  • one factory maintenance service per year;
  • a reduced-price replacement once a year in case of a flyaway (drone lost in flight).

What's the difference between the 2-year plan and the 1-year plan?

Term: 24 months in this version, 12 months in the 1-year plan. Annual benefits apply to each year of coverage.

Is it a third-party liability insurance policy?

No. DJI Care Refresh covers damage to your drone; third-party liability insurance, which is mandatory in Italy, is a separate contract.

Legal guarantee

As a consumer you are entitled by law to the legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery, for any defect present at the time of delivery (Italian Consumer Code, arts. 128 et seq.). The seller is directly liable for it. Any commercial warranties from the manufacturer are in addition to, and do not limit, the legal guarantee. Details and how to claim it.
