Description

DJI Care Refresh 1-Year for DJI Flip is the official DJI protection plan for your Flip: it covers accidental damage and allows up to two product replacements, each for an additional fee.

Flyaway protection

To benefit from flyaway coverage (loss of the drone in flight), you must have linked your DJI account and the remote controller to the drone through the DJI Fly app. If the pairing was not done before the incident, flyaway coverage cannot be applied.

Compatibility

Does the plan also apply to other DJI drones?

No, this DJI Care Refresh is specific to DJI Flip. For other models, you need the plan dedicated to that drone.

What do I need to do to get flyaway coverage?

You must link your DJI account and the remote controller to the drone in the DJI Fly app before any accident occurs, otherwise the flyaway coverage does not apply.

Legal guarantee

As a consumer you are entitled by law to the legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery, for any defect present at the time of delivery (Italian Consumer Code, arts. 128 et seq.).
