Description

DJI Care Refresh is DJI's service plan for accidental damage. This version lasts 2 years and is designed for the DJI Mavic 4 Pro: if the drone is damaged, you can get a replacement by paying an additional fee, within the limits set by the plan.

Flyaway protection

To benefit from Flyaway protection (a drone lost in flight) you must have linked your DJI account and the remote controller to the drone through the DJI Fly app before any incident: without this linking, the coverage does not apply.

What do I need to do to get Flyaway protection?

You must link your DJI account and the remote controller to the drone in the DJI Fly app before any incident: without linking, Flyaway coverage does not apply.

Legal guarantee

As a consumer you are entitled by law to the legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery, for any defect present at the time of delivery (Italian Consumer Code, arts. 128 et seq.).
