Description

UgCS PRO with a perpetual license is the mission planning and control software for professional drone pilots and service providers, especially in the field of photogrammetry (photogrammetry reconstructs measurements and 3D models from overlapping photos). It is the foundation of the UgCS family: the EXPERT and ENTERPRISE editions include all of its features.

What it can do

  • terrain-following flight planning, with a 3D interface;
  • offline maps, so you can fly even without an Internet connection;
  • planning tools for photogrammetry, vertical facade scanning, corridor mapping, SAR (search and rescue), linear, circular, waypoint, perimeter and area scanning missions;
  • importing routes from KML/CSV files;
  • import of DEM/DSM elevation data (digital elevation and surface models) in .tif format, with a preview of the flight against the terrain's altitude profile;
  • automatic telemetry logging;
  • importing georeferenced images and custom map overlays;
  • creation of custom no-fly zones (NFZ);
  • support for ADS-B receivers, the system by which aircraft broadcast their position.

For terrain-following flights, you can import an elevation model, such as regional DTMs (digital terrain models) in .tif format.

Supported computers

UgCS works on Windows, macOS and Ubuntu 18.04. To connect to DJI drones, you use the UgCS for DJI Android app.

Perpetual license and updates

The license is perpetual: once purchased, the software remains at your disposal. Updates are included for the first year; from the second year onward, to access support and the latest versions, you will need the annual support and update package.

Who is UgCS PRO suitable for?

Which drones does it work with?

With DJI Matrice 300 RTK, Matrice 600, Matrice 200/210, Inspire 1/2, the Phantom and Mavic series, and MAVLink-compatible drones (Pixhawk with ArduPilot or PX4). For models not listed, please ask us before purchasing.

What is the difference compared to UgCS EXPERT?

EXPERT includes all the features of PRO and adds tools for surveys with LiDAR sensors, such as LiDAR Area, LiDAR Corridor, and IMU calibration.

Are updates included in the perpetual license?

Yes, in the first year. From the second year onward, the annual support and update package is required for assistance and newer versions.

Legal guarantee

As a consumer you are entitled by law to the legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery, for any defect present at the time of delivery (Italian Consumer Code, arts. 128 et seq.).
