Description

A mini drone with a 1-inch sensor

DJI Mini 5 Pro features a camera with a 50 MP 1-inch CMOS sensor and f/1.8 aperture, capable of delivering detail and sharp shots even in low-light conditions. It records 4K HDR video at 60 fps and slow motion at 4K/120 fps, with up to 14 stops of dynamic range when shooting in auto mode. In addition, there is a 48 mm Med-Tele mode (2x zoom) and DJI's portrait optimization.

Gimbal with 225° rotation

The gimbal rotates on the roll axis by 225°, allowing true vertical shooting and dynamic framing that is hard to achieve with a drone in this category. Rotation can be controlled manually or through the intelligent modes: QuickShot Rotate, Timelapse, Spotlight and Waypoint Flight.

Safety even at night

The forward LiDAR combined with the vision sensors ensures omnidirectional obstacle sensing even at night (requires well-defined textures and illumination above 1 lux). The new-generation Smart RTH memorizes flight paths in sufficient light (over 10 lux), enabling quick takeoffs and safe returns even without satellite signal. The enhanced 360° ActiveTrack recognizes sports scenes and automatically selects Cycling or Standard mode.

Transmission and storage

DJI O4+ video transmission reaches up to 20 km (FCC standard; 10 km in CE/SRRC/MIC regions) with a stable 10-bit HDR stream and better resistance to interference. Onboard you get 42 GB of internal storage and QuickTransfer while powered off, with remote wake-up via the DJI Fly app within Bluetooth range and transfers of up to 100 MB/s.

Important: with the Intelligent Flight Batteries Plus the takeoff weight exceeds 249 g. The C0 class certification refers to the configuration with the standard battery: check the applicable regulatory requirements before flying.

What is the difference between Fly More Combo Plus and Fly More Combo with DJI RC 2?

The Plus version includes three Intelligent Flight Batteries Plus, offering up to 52 minutes of flight each instead of the 36 minutes of the standard batteries. In return, the takeoff weight exceeds 249 g. The DJI RC 2 remote controller, charging hub, ND filters, spare propellers and bag are included in both versions.

Does this bundle weigh less than 249 g?

No. With the Intelligent Flight Batteries Plus the takeoff weight exceeds 249 g. The C0 class certification stated by DJI refers to the configuration with the standard battery: we recommend checking the registration and training requirements that apply to your flight configuration.

Do I need a smartphone to fly?

No. The included DJI RC 2 has a built-in multi-touch display, so there is no need to connect your phone. The DJI Fly app on a smartphone remains useful for features such as QuickTransfer of files.

What does the 2-year DJI Care Refresh add?

It is the official DJI protection plan included in the bundle, with a two-year term instead of one year: one extra year of coverage compared to the standard plan, at a lower overall cost than buying the combo and the plan separately. How long does the video transmission last and how far does it reach?

The system is DJI O4+, with a stated range of up to 20 km under the FCC standard and 10 km in CE/SRRC/MIC regions, such as Italy, with a 10-bit HDR stream.
