The DJI Mini 5 Pro Fly More Combo with DJI RC 2 is the most complete Mini 5 Pro configuration: the remote controller has a built-in screen, so you can fly without connecting your phone, and the kit includes ND filters, a two-way charging hub, spare propellers and a shoulder bag.

Camera

The 1-inch CMOS sensor records 4K HDR video at 60 fps and slow motion at 120 fps, keeping detail even in low light. The 48 mm tele mode and dedicated portrait algorithms make your subjects stand out, while the gimbal with 225° rotation allows more creative framing.

Flight and safety

Omnidirectional obstacle detection also works at night and ActiveTrack 360° follows the subject precisely. The stated flight time is 36 minutes and the 42 GB of built-in storage lets you record even without a card.

The DJI Mini 5 Pro has the C0 class marking (the European class for the lightest drones) and flies in the Open A1 category without a mandatory certificate. You still need to register as an operator on d-flight and have third-party liability insurance.

Do I need a licence for the DJI Mini 5 Pro?

The DJI Mini 5 Pro is class C0: it flies in the Open A1 category without a mandatory certificate. You do, however, need to register as an operator on the d-flight portal, which is mandatory for drones with a camera, and have third-party liability insurance, which is mandatory in Italy.

What is the advantage of the DJI RC 2 over the DJI RC-N3?

The DJI RC 2 has a built-in screen: you don't need to connect a smartphone to fly. The drone and the combo accessories are the same.
