Description

DJI Care Refresh 2 years for DJI Flip is the official DJI protection plan with a two-year duration: it covers accidental damage to your Flip and provides product replacement for an additional fee.

Flyaway protection

To benefit from flyaway coverage (loss of the drone in flight), you must have linked your DJI account and the remote controller to the drone through the DJI Fly app. If the pairing was not done before the incident, flyaway coverage cannot be applied.

Compatibility

The plan is dedicated exclusively to DJI Flip. If shorter coverage is enough for you, there is also the 1-year plan in the DJI Flip and accessories category.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference from the 1-year plan?

The coverage duration changes: this plan protects the DJI Flip for two years instead of one. For the number of replacements included, contact us before purchasing.

What do I need to do to get flyaway coverage?

You must link your DJI account and the remote controller to the drone in the DJI Fly app before any accident occurs, otherwise the flyaway coverage does not apply.

Legal guarantee

As a consumer you are entitled by law to the legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery, for any defect present at the time of delivery (Italian Consumer Code, arts. 128 et seq.). The seller is directly liable for it. Any commercial warranties from the manufacturer are in addition to, and do not limit, the legal guarantee. Details and how to claim it.
