Description

The DJI Flip with DJI RC 2 remote controller combines a compact 249 g drone with integrated propeller guards and a remote controller with a built-in screen: switch on and fly, without connecting your smartphone. It is designed for those who want practicality in the field from the very first flight.

Camera

The 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor with dual native ISO and f/1.7 aperture shoots 48 MP photos and records HDR video in 4K up to 60 fps. Digital zoom goes up to 4x to bring distant details closer.

SmartPhoto mode combines HDR and scene recognition to adjust the shot to the situation.

Flight and smart features

The built-in carbon fibre propeller guards protect the propellers and make the drone safer for close-range flights. With AI Tracking the subject stays at the centre of the frame, so you can focus on the scene. The stated flight time is up to 31 minutes per battery.

Do I need a certificate to fly the DJI Flip?

Weighing 249 g, below the 250 g threshold, the DJI Flip flies in the Open A1 category with no mandatory certificate. However, you do need to register as an operator on the d-flight portal, which is mandatory for drones with a camera, and have third-party liability insurance, which is mandatory in Italy.

What's in the box of the DJI Flip with RC 2?

The drone, the DJI RC 2 remote controller with screen, one Intelligent Flight Battery, the gimbal protector, a screwdriver, a pair of propellers with screws and a USB-C cable.

Is this version better, or the Fly More Combo?

This version comes with a single battery. The Fly More Combo with DJI RC 2 adds two batteries, the charging hub, spare propellers and the bag: it's worth it if you fly often and for long sessions.

If the DJI Flip gets damaged, who repairs it?

You can open a request on the AerialClick support portal: we assess the fault and carry out the repair in our Brindisi lab. For accidental damage you can also consider the DJI Care Refresh plan dedicated to the Flip.

Legal guarantee

As a consumer you are entitled by law to the legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery, for any defect present at the time of delivery (Italian Consumer Code, arts. 128 et seq.).
